A single, flexible and uncompressed digital imaging workflow for Theatrical, Broadcast and Studio Mastering projects has finally been realized.

Postworks Los Angeles has been built from the ground-up to fully leverage file-based workflows, without the limitations of legacy technology.

We’ve created a first in post-production by offering DI inspired digital imaging workflows to Theatrical, as well as Broadcast and Studio Mastering customers. In doing so we’ve created a home for the best talent, the best technology and the best customer service.

PostWorks LA exists in two locations – West Los Angeles immediately adjacent to Santa Monica, and Santa Clarita, CA. From a user’s perspective the two locations function as one - linked by a secure mega-bandwidth digital network capable of moving uncompressed 2K files faster then real time.

Postworks LA offers Digital Intermediate/Digital Cinema and HD Color Timing, Digital Conforming, Film Scanning, Digital Image Restoration, QC, Creation of Video Deliverables from Data, and Duplication.

In West Los Angeles, Orbit Digital offers on-site digitally interconnected editorial suites and offline systems.
